Supers/Mexicos from this era generally did not yet use aero cable routing. The Profil CX and similar were the aero-trick frames.

Since it's a refinish w/out wheels and has panto stuff (and is not your size), I'd part it out to see more money. Historically it's impossible to know if this is the original build (parts-wise) so I'd have no problem breaking it down to bits and pieces. I might even be interested in a part or two
