Eat Bacon, Don’t Jog (among other things), I minimized sugar and carb intake and lost 30-40 lbs. I’ll occasionally have a Carb Day, but I’ve learned to replace most of the high-carbohydrate foods I used to eat with no- or low-carb things (spaghetti squash instead of spaghetti, for example). It is more of a lifestyle change than a diet.
