The sauce mainly centered around TJ's Grilled Artichoke Halves, with cashews, almond milk, nutritional yeast, basil, lemon pepper, minced garlic and a touch of onion powder and salt. Though in the past in similar sauces I have sauteed onions and garlic and then blended but I wanted to make sure the artichokes came through so I didn't do that here.
I actually have a jar of those TJ's grilled artichoke halves and was wondering how to use them, you just totally inspired me. Thanks!
