Esteemed Colleagues!

I've recently decided it is time to strip my fathers Colnago of its Victory components (which is WAY to big for me- he hasnt ridden it in about 30 years, but I cant bring myself to sell it) and build up a smaller vintage frame. Ideally a smaller Colnago frame. However I've also played with the idea of putting the parts on an RB-1/RB-3. What is the difference between the two bridgestone bikes?
