There's no reason we can't find a balance between the insider comraderie of the regulars, and being open for newbies or casual participants.
IMO - folks get too worked up about posts or threads that don't like for some reason or other. The remedy for this isn't trying to change things, but simply to read selectively, enjoying what you enjoy and ignoring the rest.
