Go to target or similar store and get a pair of their really thin (and super cheap, like $1.50) foam inserts. Cut them to the size as you normally would. Them take a 1/4 drill bit and drill holes in them where the air vents are located in the arch and toe area. This will help with ventilation. Plus I prefer these insoles to the super cheap ones that come with the Bonts.
