Oh I know what you're referring to. The holes in the insoles helped me. I can certainly tell that I'm getting ventilation through my shoes. A hot days ride is gonna be a hot day in the saddle no matter what though. I guess if my feet are got, other parts of me are that hot as well and it's just part of the game.
