I hate hot, humid weather but keep riding in it. Instead, I try to leave on rides earlier in the day and dial back my exertion level. It's always tougher during the early days of summer but I gradually get acclimated to the heat and humidity. Personally, I think that riding in hot, humid weather is a lot tougher than riding in the cold -- at least with the winters we get in the Southeast. I would much rather ride in 20-30 degree temperatures than when it's 95+ and humid. You can dress for the cold but there's only so much you can do to deal with high heat and humidity.
