Unless you have some late-70's department-store bike with a freewheel at the bottom bracket, the 2 units are in different places; the freewheel is on the rear wheel hub, and the bottom bracket is holding the crankset. No bottom bracket cup has EVER been made to "thread into a freewheel" to my knowledge (previously mentioned late 70's unit possibly excepted).
Maybe not made with the intention to do so but any of the many millions (even those made today, many years after the 1970s) LH Bb cups of English threading will thread into English, JIS and Italian freewheels. It's simple thread dimension matching, nothing limited to any one segment or era.
The Op didn't mention the reason he asked his question. But I can think of a few. I am curious why though. Andy.
