Maybe not made with the intention to do so but any of the many millions (even those made today, many years after the 1970s) LH Bb cups of English threading will thread into English, JIS and Italian freewheels. It's simple thread dimension matching, nothing limited to any one segment or era.

I know one application for this, because I have done it. A BB shell welded on the underside of a monotube recumbent frame, and a freewheel mounted to it for use as a mid drive.An adjustable cup from an English BB facilitates the mount.
