Maybe not made with the intention to do so but any of the many millions (even those made today, many years after the 1970s) LH Bb cups of English threading will thread into English, JIS and Italian freewheels. It's simple thread dimension matching, nothing limited to any one segment or era.

Trying to get two freewheels onto one hub! You put a spacer on, thread on the freewheel, thread the bb cup into that, add another spacer (seen it done without anot her spacer here) and then thread on the second freewheel. The end result is a retro direct drive train!
