There are three generations of the Normandy Luxe Competition. The one you are seeking is the second. It was current roughly 1969-73. First generation has the oil hole clip and third generation has the red label and dustcaps. These hubs tended to be fitted to French bicycles and just a very few British ones. So most of the examples one encounters are metric/french threaded for the gear block. Happily the thread is coded on the hub so it is not necessary to measure. If there is a groove just inboard of the gear block threads on the hub body they are BSC/ISO. If that area is smooth/plain they are metric/french threaded.
