New Frame from The Netherlands
We just returned from a 7 week tour in northern Europe. Our end point was Amsterdam and we made a trip to Rotterdam to buy a women's step through touring frame and fork. It is a lugged frame that is unpainted.
My question is before I paint it, epoxy primer and base/clearcoat because of the 2 colors I want, do I need to re-sandblast of would a sanding be OK? What grit?
