Might help if you indicated which stage you're planning to watch and where about, like are you talking about a road up a mountain or what? As far as I know there is no one answer that will cover all roads between Mont Saint Michel and the Champs-Élysées.

My plan is to see stage 19 and 20 .
Stage 19 I plan to be at the finish on top of Mont Blanc.
Stage 20 I plan to be at the top on last mountain Col de Joux Plane.
