Rear wheel axle replacement

Hey guys,

I had just opened up my rear wheel hub (due to some play in the wheel) and while i was at it, found some pitting on the cones and worn thread on the axle. The axle is 175mm long and 9mm in diameter. I need to get a replacement and was looking online and found mostly 175mm axles with 3/8" (9.525mm) diameter axles HERE.
My question is whether i can use the slightly bigger diameter (bigger by 0.525mm) axle on my bike. Also, can i just use the cones included in that set or do I need to look at cone dimensions and do something else?
It's just a used bike i use for commuting and don't really want to spend much on it.

Thanks a lot,
Jacob
