Thanks. I went from being sedentary and eating everything in sight to walking an average of 9 miles a day with light weight training and consuming no more than 800 calories a day. Basically, I rebooted my entire system. I'm back to a more normal ~2000 calories a day now while still being very active. I hit the gym at 05:00 every morning for an hour and ride my bike as stated above, mostly in the evenings. It's a lifestyle change that I'm truly enjoying.
