Would it be best to clean up the bike and sell (with a different saddle) or just strip and sell the parts?
Swap saddles and clean the bike up, ensuring it is safe to ride. If that does not work, then part it out, however...

Take the time to investigate the value of the cottered crank set. It might be worth more than the whole bike. I said might but it is worth a look, just in case.
