Bikes: Specialized Secteur, old Peugeot

Various exercises and stretching keeps me going with, mostly, tolerable aches and pains. The answer, for me anyway, is to maintain a steady regimen to those exercises. The exercises have to be ones that will be maintained or they won't work.
