The Democrat Herald sent me an update on the wreck this morning. One of the towing vehicles was passing other vehicles at a high rate of speed....Luckily no one was killed.

There are a lot of back roads across the valley. I spent the last two weeks riding in Linn, Benton, and southern Marion county. 300 plus miles and maybe 30 of that on -20, -228- or -34, other than the ride from Foster to the Sheep Creek/road closure.

Linn county is trying their best to chip seal all the roads in the county before winter though. Almost as bad as riding in Texas!
