Pre-pre ride: if it's going to be a particularly hot ride, I use Osmo PreLoad

Pre-ride: coffee. Currently Peet's Major Dickason

Ride: one bottle water, one bottle gatorade (half-strength)

Post ride: Mexican Coke really hits the spot
