Yes, of course the bearings can be replaced. You can take it to a shop or use the ole socket extractor/press trick to get them out

Enduro Bottom Bracket Sealed Bearings

They are much more secure than generic SRAM press fit BBs. In our case there was a void in the BB shell of my kid's S Works frame (purchased second hand). A little DP460, some dremel action and a Wheels Mfg thread together pressfit has had him rolling along without problems for two years.

Any creaking can be eliminated via carbon paste or a quality grease, depending on frame material.
