Then get directly behind bike and turn cranks backwards as I spray the lithium grease making sure to get some on all the cogs. This helps insure the grease gets in the links. You're welcome.
P.S. This is definitely the best method period. Therefore this should be last post on this matter.
I disagree. I turn the cranks FORWARD. Your method is antiquated and simply wrong.
