Start over.
1. Unhook the cable. Screw the barrel adjuster fully in. Then back it off a turn.
Shift the RD onto the smallest cog (highest gear).
Unwind the high limit screw 1 full turn.
Down click the left shifter into its lowest position. So press the small lever 4 times
2. Set the height of the FD 2-5mm above the big chain ring. And align the the FD so the outer cage is parallel to the chainring.
3. (with the cable still unhooked) Turn the low limit screw inwards fully until the outer side of the FD cage is positioned inline with the big chainring teeth.
4. Pull the cable semi tight and clamp the cable.
5. Shift the rear derailleur into the largest cog on the cassette. (easiest gear)
6. Unwind the low limit screw until the inner side (plastic plate) of the FD cage no longer touches the chain and the gap is around 1mm or less.
7. Shift the rear derailleur onto the smalllest cog (highest gear).
8. Next shift up to the big ring. And then adjust the high limit screw accordingly so the gap between the outer cage is also around 1mm or less
Now go through all the gears while on the big ring and see how many cogs you can click onto without rub.
Then shift onto small from ring and check the small ring trim is working. If the trim doesn't feel very positive. Dis-engage the trim (press the small lever) and add abit more tension with the barrel adjuster and re-try the trim.
Excellent , will try that and update you ..
