Otherwise, you might have to start from the beginning with this. I think maybe when you first set up the FD, you skipped the part about hitting the small lever three times to get it all the way to low trim before setting the low limit. Everything follows from there.
aha ok , the FD was installed at a bike shop actually , it's at diff. city , hard to get back for a minor issue .
From your experience would barrel adjustment help , because i don't feel it's a cable tension issue , as when pulling half-click on big lever while on small ring , it looks to do absolutely nothing , not moving even the tinniest bit .

release tension works "clock-wise" , right ?

I'd rather avoid complete FD re-adjustment as well , as big-big is working fine "and is more needed" than small-small conf.

The 6800 long arm FD requires a different set up procedure than normal. The reason why you cannot trim on the big lever could be because there is not enough tension on the cable. When there is enough tension the feel of the trim at the finger tips should feel positive and easy to click. When setting up it's unlikely you'll achieve the correct tension by hand strength alone so you'll need to do the low limit screw trick.

To do that, position the outer FD cage inline with the big chainring teeth before pulling (semi tight) and clamping the cable. Then release the cage back to the inner position under the FD's spring tension (this will pull the cable tighter).

Either do that by winding the low limit screw nearly all the way in first (then unwind it after clamping the cable) or by jamming something in the FD cage like a screwdriver. Then clamp the cable. Then remove the screwdriver.

Then set the (inner) low limit screw so the inner cage is around 1mm or less from the chain. If the cable is too tight then the cage will rub the chain no matter how much you adjust the inner screw. If this happens. Start over. And try a little less tension when clamping the cable.

Next shift up to the big ring and onto the small cog on the cassette. And then adjust the high limit screw accordingly so the gap between the outer cage is also around 1mm or less

Fine tuning the barrel adjuster from there will affect how the trim feels and the positivity of the upshift.

The height and alignment of the FD are very critical. Also make sure the FD support bolt is against the frame.

I have always found big/big to rub but small/small is fine on my 52cm short chainstay frame.

big/big is far more stressful on the drivetrain than small/small. i recommend not to use big/big.

My frame is 48cm with a clamp-on FD ..
If i understand you correctly , i need to release tension , as my problem is in small-small rubbing "big-big have no rubbing and big ring - small cog also have no rubbing" .

as trimming via long lever don't seem to move FD at all , i assume wheever comment is correct ..
(skipping hitting the small lever three times to get it all the way to low trim before setting the low limit)

From videos on youtube , it's mentioned that there's no adjustment needed for low trim position

You'll need to start again from scratch to follow my guide. I am saying you'll need to add more cable tension to get the small ring trim to work.

Start over.

1. Unhook the cable. Screw the barrel adjuster fully in. Then back it off a turn.
Shift the RD onto the smallest cog (highest gear).
Unwind the high limit screw 1 full turn.
Down click the left shifter into its lowest position. So press the small lever 4 times

2. Set the height of the FD 2-5mm above the big chain ring. And align the FD so the outer cage is parallel to the chainring.

3. (with the cable still unhooked) Turn the low limit screw on the FD (the screw closest to the frame) inwards fully until the outer side of the FD cage is positioned inline with the big chainring teeth.

4. Pull the cable semi tight and clamp the cable.

5. Shift the rear derailleur into the largest cog on the cassette. (easiest gear)

6. Unwind the low limit screw until the inner side (plastic plate) of the FD cage no longer touches the chain and the gap is around 1mm or less.

7. Shift the rear derailleur onto the smalllest cog (highest gear).

8. Next shift up to the big ring. And then adjust the high limit screw accordingly so the gap between the outer cage is also around 1mm or less

Now go through all the gears while on the big ring and see how many cogs you can click onto without rub.

Then shift onto the small front ring and check the small ring trim is working (press the big lever half a click) and is moving the FD cage when it is clicked. Check the gap so it clears the chain while in the 8,9,10,11 cog. If the trim doesn't move the cage far enough or it doesn't feel very positive to click. Dis-engage the trim (press the small lever) and add some more tension with the barrel adjuster and re-try the trim.

EDIT: Another thing. The FD has a cable tab converter. Depending which angle the cable comes from, from the bb, the converter needs to be ON or OFF. a plastic guide tool should have been included with the groupset or bike to help determine the angle. Dont worry if you do not have the tool it's not absolutely necessary. So you may be need to experiment with the converter tab. Try the ON position first. If you feel the shifting action could be snappier. Start over and try the OFF position. You'll know immediately which is better.

Excellent , will try that and update you ..

I moved to small ring , at first half-pulling the long lever do nothing "it don't click" , then i tried to pull small lever once , it clicked "but FD don't move at all" .. again , i did a half-pull at long lever "it clicked , but FD don't move"
Sounds like cable is a bit loose then.

Excellent post. Also concurs with my experience and advice, above, lol. I didn't have time to write it out myself. Well done, sir.

yea , thanks again

Just a quick ques. i'm on big ring , trim works , pulling long lever "in un-trimmed position" can pull the FD outside , should in change cable tension at this point ?

Well, that's kinda normal, and not really a problem, but it does look like a lot of movement. Which brings me back to the original setup of the FD, and the thought that maybe your bike mechanic wasn't familiar with the setup for the 6800 FD, which is different. In order to make it work, you have to start off setting the low limit screw with the shifter in the LOW trim position, which takes three click of the small lever. Hmm.

*N.B : by high trim pos. i mean being on big ring , half-click short lever . vice-versa for low trim . pls correct me if i'm wrong*

I agree , Maybe the mech. intended to do so as big ring-big cog is used more often then small ring-small cog ..

As in my setup , big ring-big cog have no rubbing "without even using trimming" *high-trim works also * , After going to small ring , single click on small lever is enough to release remaining tension in the wire , only at that specific point long lever half-click works , and it works only in gaining that tension back "without trimming"

In below video , he start on small ring-biggest cog , sets low limit screw , then release tension in cable "3 clicks on small lever" , anchor cable , go to big ring , go to high trim pos. , use cable adjustor to adjust high trim pos. , then set high limit screw .. ( no tuning low trim position ! )

so if i understand your advice properly , i should additionally go to small ring-small cog , release tension "3 clicks on short lever" , half-click on long lever to go to low-trim position and use high screw to move outer side of FD 0.5 mm away from chain

Thanks in advance ..

just need to fix my terminology
high ring=big ring=high gear ... high cog=smallest cog=high gear .. right ?

My tutorial differs from the youtube guide because i have found that with that method (on the video) it can effect how positive the small ring trim feels at the lever and trying to re-adjust the tension via the barrel adjuster only then prevents the big ring trim from working correctly.

My guide method is a trade off, it will eliminate the big ring trim in favour for a better small ring trim. Which i believe is more useful. Though depending on your frame and chainline you may not need the big ring trim at all.

If you need the big ring trim, and you'd want big/big as an option.

The youtube guide is probably the best guide to use.

Whichever works best on your set up is up to you.
