Got a very out of shape life-long friend that wants to buy my Synapse after taking it for a test ride. Guy was athletic when he was younger, now he smokes cigs and drinks a lot and does nothing.

In short, going to sell him the Synapse even if it costs me some money out of pocket to grab a nashbar 105 carbon road bike for myself because he was legitimately excited about 'how fast' it was. Feels like I'm doing the 'right thing' by passing the gift on..

Trying to figure out if I'm a 56 or a 59 for that bike as well. My current 58cm Synapse feels a little big to me as far as forward reach goes. I'm 6'1''. Not sure where that puts me on the Nashbar.
