I've never had a problem running different cranksets than the spec of my derailleurs and shifters. As long as the speed matches (9-speed crank with 9-speed chain and derailleurs, etc), it shouldn't be an issue. Front derailleurs are much easier to fudge than rear derailleurs - they can almost always be tuned to work fine, regardless of crank or ring ratios. In my experience.

If your rear derailleur and shifters are 10-speed, and the Stronglight crank is 10-speed, the front derailleur should have no trouble with it.
