I picked up one of the Venturi frames from Bikewagon. I had a quick question on the headset installation. For the lower race, it appears just the bearing goes in there. It looked like the rubber seal was for the upper assembly. Is that correct? So, lower race just has bearing and upper race has bearing, rubber seal, a metal washer, a split ring, and the upper seal assembly (not listed in order of assembly). Thanks!
