I obtained the bike from the original owner. I'm quite certain that it is not a repaint. A repaint the quality of what's on it would cost more than what I paid for it. The bottom of the headtube had a tie-wrap cranked around it for 25yrs. And what is there to mask where the color is continuous?
Not a re-paint. Really.
