Very cool bike! I'm sure it will be a very nice rando/credit card tourer, and IMO there's no reason it couldn't do loaded camping touring should you care to.
Braze on CP were very unusual during that time.
Does anyone know the geometry of these things? Looks like possibly 72.5 or 73 parallel, mid trail, 44 or 45cm chainstays?
EDIT: Never mind. Looked it up and in 1984 they were 72 parallel, 45mm rake (mid trail w 72) and 43.5cm chainstays. In '79 they were 73º parallel.
