Sorry Odin, too busy riding to look on here everyday! umm 2 ways to do it depending on your budget / preferences. you can get a bottle of compressed saline from the chemist, im not sure if you need a prescription for it or not. bascily you put it in your nose, lean your head back and pull the trigger! then blow all the mess into a tissue. not my prefered method, i think the name of the one i had was phi - somthing.
other way to do it is get a largish bowl, some table salt and warm water. mix the water and a large portion of the salt cup it in your hand and inhale, then as above blow it out into a tissue. seems to work well for me, my old man gets sinus a lot and he swears by it....
the only time it didnt work too well was when my sinuses were infected and i was blowing out blood, not the most comfortable sensation....
