Thanks for the suggestion, and I'm sure that would be sufficient in many areas of the country, but where I live they'll end up cutting the chain or trying to rip the bags open with a knife. SOCAL is a place littered with pockets of black ghettos, white trash areas, and large swathes of Mexican barrios, and some combinations thereof throughout the entire region; basically a lot of living, breathing, piles of human waste. This is gangland country; scumville USA I'm talking about here. It's not a pleasant place to be sure. The crime rates, including violent crime and murder, are among the highest of any area in the nation.
