You can get close, but you likely will not have perfectly identical set ups.

For the BB to Saddle position, you should be able to get those identical.

But getting the handlebars identical will probably not happen simply because stems are offered in increments of 5mm or, more commonly, 10mm. That, coupled with the frame geometry, is likely to prove a roadblock to perfectly replicating fit. That said, the difference will be small, small enough that you should not have any issues..
