It is pretty darn good, as working intervals are a learned technique, to be honest. If you're going maximal 30s, you need to know where you are in the sustained power category. So many will crank it up to 7-800 watts, then fade to next to nothing, where seasoned folks will have a spike above maximal, then crack off an almost straight line of power.
I don't know what my curve looked like. I was pretty faded by the end though. I would have preferred to have pushed a slightly easier gear and just spun faster, but without being clipped in spinning was awkward.
