Topeak Road Morph is very powerful and very easy to use. I would strongly recommend it to anyone who has trouble with a smaller pump. On the other hand, the Topeak is much bulkier and heavier than most other pumps.

If you're a weight weenie who wants to save a couple of hundred grams or an OCP who doesn't want to strap a huge pump to your bike, then there are some much smaller pumps that can still deliver high pressures (if you have the arm strength). The Barbieri Carbone, for example, is about 1/4 the weight and 1/4 the size of the Topeak, but can still deliver 100+psi (though it requires more time and effort).
