I like my amateur pecan pies. I used to have a recipe from a friend in NY, he had clipped it from a magazine decades earlier, and it was awesome. I'll have to poke through my old photos to see if I can find it (I had taken a pic of the recipe with my old iPhone) so that I can make one of two in the coming months.
