I am about to strip and re-do this GT road bike. I want to remove the triple and install a black Octolink V1 compact double 53/39 Shimano 105 and a new BB. I am not very schooled on these BBs on this bike and not sure what I need:

What tool numbers do I need from Parks? I want to keep the triple and use it on another bike I am working on, just not this one.
