Not sure what feature you are looking for. Time-to-destination and estimated-time-of-arrival are standard features of basically any navigation software.

Pace is another story. Training softwares usually report pace (ex: 2 mins per km) either at fixed intervals (what was your pace during the last 5kms) or constantly updated. You can also get constant feedback against a virtual competitor or against some past performance (ex: ahead/behind by 10 seconds).

But I don't recall seeing a feature that would update a predicted time as you progress on a given course. ETA provides this information, but not in a format similar to pace, used by athletes who want to improve their performance.
