I snagged a single Weinmann rim similar to yours. But, alas, it is also hookless.

You probably shouldn't put over about 50 PSI into a tire with a hookless rim... So, maybe 700x32 or so... but you should have a wider rim for that. I.E. not too usable.

Looking at mine, the sidewall is short, but it does have a bit of a shelf. Maybe running tubes in a tubeless tire? I'd have to verify diameters.
