On the other end of the restoration spectrum, yet still a nice ride, is this old Azuki 10 speed that I've simplified to take out on paths and easy trails. A friend of mine got it for free from a yard sale after it didn't sell and they were going to throw it out. I was going to pass, but it had alloy rims and an aluminum seatpost, so I tossed it together with some parts from the bin. It's a lot of fun on some easy singletrack.
