Mark's rack doesn't easily mount to canti bosses.
Use the M12 if you can.
On my CX frame, with no fork crown brake bolt hole, I couldn't. Attaching the Mark's rack to Paul canti rack bolts required a couple of L-brackets from McMaster (and Tubus LM-clamps to the unifork crown). I thought about all my options for a long time before buying anything this setup
