Fred's are typically the bane of the cycling communities existence. They are wheel sucking, overweight, mirror wearing wanna be's that don't know how to ride in a pace line but try to butt their way in and always end up mucking the darn thing up. They are also responsible for wrecks, blow thru stop signs and are weak riders who get dropped like sacks of potatoes anytime the road goes up.
