In my old neighborhood was/is a Japanese Fred. He rides an 80's mountain bike while wearing 90's denim-colored cycling shorts, Oakley Frog glasses, toe clips and straps which are very clipped or strapped, a loud radio which plays 50's American doo-wop music, and a basket in the front for his three Chihuahuas. He and his Chihuahuas can be seen on his bike every day, weather permitting.
