Bikes: Austro Daimler modified by Gugie! Raleigh Professional and lots of other bikes.

I think you usually have more spokes. Nowadays 36 as opposed to 32 or less on sportier bikes. Older touring bikes used to come with 40 or more on the rear wheel.
