In my experience, the shifting was spot on, but I needed longer thumbs! I have short fingers and my thumbs could not "throw" that portion of the lever far enough for a full shift. They ended up being unsafe for me to use. [MENTION=43632]top506[/MENTION] ended up with them. I'm not certain how they worked for him.
