Yes, that's probably part of it too, maybe a big part of it. I've been suffering from pretty severe washout about 4hrs after a big effort lately. Generally only lasts around an hour usually and a good sugar hit seems to help get me back to normal but it has been bothering me.
Yes I guess at 64 I probably need to ease up a bit. Not happy about it though.
I actually finished 6th on the club pointscore so I guess I can't complain too much.
