Looks like the City of Newport Beach may eliminate street parking along the "Mariner's Mile" section of PCH to squeeze in a third traffic lane. That'll probably result in less room for bicyclists going through that (already) conjested area, especially in summer, and more conflicts between cars and bicycles 'taking-the-lane' for that stretch between Newport Blvd and the Newport Bay bridge.
