I had so many comfort issues last season and discovered that triathlon shorts were the way to go! I really like Zoot performance tri shorts with an 8inch inseam-I find the shorter inseam shorts just ride up. I have also heard that Coeur shorts have a very comfortable chamois, but haven't tried them yet because they're too expensive with the Canadian/US exchange rate.
