I think it will be DI2 on 105. And for all groups, continued improvement on brifter shape for disc. They improved it on 105… but not enough. Though I think hybrid may be the way, get same shape as mechanical but still get hydraulic benefit.

For Ultrega will be disc specific groupset. Right now it is a frankenstein group of Ultrega and generic disc parts. So all Ultrega with 9100 trickle down maybe next year.
