Bikes: Bad boy 2

Raising the bar

Hey guys,
I just purchased a 2016 Cannondale baby boy 2. It was a dent frame bike so I got it cheap(er than normal). I ride recreational and just started at fordy. Anyways, at the shop I got it from they weren't very helpful. The guys set the seat like all youtube videos say but when I asked about the bar height a young guy started to reach for the bike and I saw the owner shun him off from the corner of my eye, . Lol, anyways I still bought the bike cause it was the largest size they come in and Lebron rode one and he's 6'8. I'm just 6'6 so hey it's gotta fit right..... I'm good till about 20 30 minutes then my ulnar section of the hand starts to hurt. From motorcycle experience I need to raise my bar some. Just realized this is for the fit section, lol. My bad

Tech question:
How do I raise the bar on my bike some? It has
Cannondale Si Urban OPI Stem/Handlebar w/ Si Light, 620mm, 7 deg. and a Cannondale headshok si stem

Thanks guys
