This isn't fixie related but I recommend stopping by the Fiets Frame Gallery - sort of a bike shop slash art gallery. Worth checking out anyway, and its in a cool neighborhood, and close to the Van Gogh museum and other attractions. They have a cool border collie too... I was in Amsterdam a few months ago. The weather happened to be perfect. There seems to be an unusually high population of beautiful women there, all riding bikes of course. ...if you're into that.
